This is a pair of secondhand Red Wing 8881 classic Moc toes. One of the most iconic Red Wing boot ever made, worn by millions of American workers since 1953. Made of premium Red Wing leather combined with Goodyear welt construction, a Traction Tread outsole and triple stitched quality.

Red Wing started making these in the 1950s for sportsmen but they worked equally well on farms and in factories due to the Traction Tred sole, with its minimal tread that sheds mud and provides the underfoot comfort that the work day required. The crescent-shaped stitching on the toe was inspired by the construction of the moccasins originally worn by the North American Algonquin Indians. 

These boots have been used but are in almost new condition. Take good care of them and they will serve you well for many years on!
