This is a pair of secondhand Red Wing 877 classic Moc toes. 
The 877 is perhaps the most iconic Red Wing boot, worn by millions of American workers since 1953. It’s eight inches high and made of premium Red Wing Oro Legacy leather combined with Goodyear welt construction, a Traction Tread outsole and triple stitched quality.

Red Wing started making these in the 1950s for sportsmen but they worked equally well on farms and in factories due to the Traction Tred sole, with its minimal tread that sheds mud and provides the underfoot comfort that the work day required. The crescent-shaped stitching on the toe was inspired by the construction of the moccasins originally worn by the North American Algonquin Indians. 

These boots have been used but are still in great condition. The leather has a nice patina that shows that they have been worn and loved. The soles are original and the heels are worn down, and the boots could use a resole. Apart from that the boots are in great shape and will be good to go for decades to come.
